Society of the Spectacle x May '68

A hybrid redesign of Guy Debord’s Society of the Spectacle with rally cries from the protests of May ‘68. Debord diagnoses the spectacle as a consequence of consumer culture and the rise of mass media, with its ability hypnotize the masses with the allure of spectacular imagery. To reinforce Debord’s calls for radical action, I introduced slogans from May ‘68 — designed to command attention and jolt readers out of any passive consumption of the text.
